The 2006 Monte Carlo Masters was a tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the 100th edition of the Monte Carlo Masters and was part of the ATP Masters Series of the 2006 ATP Tour. It took place at the Monte Carlo Country Club from April 17 through April 23, 2006.

The men's singles was headlined by World No. 1 Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and David Nalbandian. Other top seeds competing were Ivan Ljubičić, Nikolay Davydenko, Guillermo Coria, Gastón Gaudio and David Ferrer.
