The 2011 Korean League Cup, known as the Rush & Cash Cup for sponsorship reasons, was the 19th and final season of League Cup competition for K League's 16 football clubs. The competition began on 16 March 2011, and ended with the one-legged final on 13 July 2011.

Format

Group stage

All clubs playing in the K-league, except they are competing are AFC Champions League, are competing this competition. In group formation, twelve clubs are divided 2 groups depending on previous season's rank. All clubs of each group are playing each other once, Each group winner and runner-up teams will advance to knockout stage.

Knockout stage

Winner and runner-up of each group and 4 clubs are competing in AFC Champions League participate in this stage. this stage is tournament form. All matches are plying one-legged match.
