The Copa del Rey de Baloncesto 2013–14 was be the 78th edition of the Spanish King's Basketball Cup. It is managed by the ACB League and was held in Málaga, in the Palacio de Deportes José María Martín Carpena on February 6–9, 2014.[1]
Qualified teams
The seven first qualified after the first half of the ACB Regular Season will qualify to the tournament. As Unicaja, host team, finished between the seven first teams, the eight qualified joined also the Copa del Rey.

Draw
The draw was in Málaga on January 27, just the day after the finish of the first half of the regular season. The first four qualified teams were in the Pot 1 and will face each one with the other four qualified teams. There were no restrictions for the draw of the semifinals.
Like in the previous season, the first qualified team played its quarterfinal on Thursday.
