The 2015-16 Malaysia People's Football League (referred to as the Liga Bolasepak Rakyat) is the 1st season of the Malaysia People's Football League since its establishment in 2015.^[1] The league is currently the fourth level football league in Malaysia. There are 111 teams participating in this season. Labuan team which geographically located near Sabah was a team under juristriction of Federal Territory hence was allowed to play this season with other Kuala Lumpur base team in Middle Zone 2 and will be put to Borneo Zone 1 next season.

Teams

Currently there are a total of 111 teams out of more than 150 possible districts in the country participated in the Malaysia People's Football League. The teams were divided into 8 zones^[2] according to regional location. After just 2 games, Gombak, the team from Middle Zone 1 withdrew from the league for unspecified reason which in turns left total teams in the league to be only 110. :-
