The 2016 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational is a professional golf tournament to be held June 30 – July 3 on the South Course of Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio. It will be the 18th WGC-Bridgestone Invitational tournament, and the third of the World Golf Championships events in 2016.
Because of the tournament's timing in the schedule running opposite of the Alstom Open de France, the European Tour will not be co-sanctioning the tournament this year.
