The A-1 League (Croatian: A-1 Liga) is the first tier level men's professional basketball league in Croatia. It began in 1991, following the breakup of Yugoslavia and therefore the Yugoslav League, and is organized by the Croatian Basketball Federation.

The A-1 League, which is played under FIBA rules, currently consists of 14 teams. 11 teams play in the regular season, and 3 teams join the championship play-offs from the regional ABA League. The most successful club is Cibona Zagreb with 18 championship titles.
