A2 Ethniki Women's Basketball is the 2nd-tier of championship of women's basketball in Greece. In recent years, the championship is held in two groups of teams. The current champions which promoted to A1 Ethniki are Kronos Agiou Dimitriou and Niki Lefkadas.[1] One even position in A1 Ethniki won also Aris Petroupoli.[2]
