AB Liner Inc. is a provincial bus transportation company in the Philippines based in Guinayangan, Quezon. It services routes to and from Metro Manila, Batangas and Quezon.[1]
Etymology
AB Liner was said to be named after the so-called founders of the said company based on its acronym.
History
AB Liner started its operation in the mid-1990s.
AB Liner presently maintains a fleet of roughly 100 buses. Its Manila terminal is located in Magsaysay Boulevard, Sta. Mesa, Manila, in front of the National Statistics Office. Another terminal is located along EDSA, Cubao, Quezon City, occupying at ALPS The Bus Terminal in the said location.
Fleet
At present, AB Liner has utilized and maintained UD Nissan Diesel, Hino, Daewoo, Golden Dragon and Higer units, with a rough total of 100 buses.
Operations
All AB Liner buses which ply the Manila-Lucena-Guinayangan route leave the Manila terminal at 7:30 am. Trips end at 3:00 pm. Buses from Guinayangan going to Lucena and Manila start departing the Guinayangan terminal at 12 midnight. The last bus leaves Guinayangan at 5:00 pm.
