ANA Wings
ANA Wings Co.,Ltd. (ANAウイングス株式会社 ANA Uingusu Kabushiki Kaisha) is a regional airline with its corporate headquarters at Osaka International Airport in Osaka, Japan and a wholly owned subsidiary of All Nippon Airways (ANA).[1] The airline was formed on 1 October 2010 through the merger of Air Next, Air Central and Air Nippon Network.

Accidents and incidents
ANA Wings has only had one recorded incident which resulted in damage to the aircraft only.
- On 29 November 2013, ANA Wings Flight 4915, a Bombardier Dash 8 Q400, registration JA462A, was struck by lightning whilst landing at Fukue Airport in Japan. The aircraft landed safely however it received heavy damage, it was repaired and returned to service. The flight had originated from Fukuoka Airport with a total of 41 occupants aboard.[4]
