AT&T Intellectual Property
AT&T Intellectual Property is the name of a structural division and part of the name of several intellectual property companies that are owned by AT&T. Many of them have been acquired by AT&T since 1997 since it began acquiring other Baby Bells. These companies include:
- AT&T Intellectual Property I, L.P. (incorporated in Nevada in 2002[1]), formerly SBC Properties, SBC Knowledge Ventures, AT&T Knowledge Ventures
- AT&T Intellectual Property II, L.P. (incorporated in Nevada in 2006[2])
- AT&T Intellectual Property Marketing, Inc. (incorporated in Georgia in 1998[3]), formerly BellSouth Intellectual Property Marketing Corporation
- AT&T Properties, LLC (incorporated in Nevada in 2006[4])
- Ameritech Properties, Inc. (incorporated in Nevada in 2002[5])
