Ab Niyeh-ye Sofla (Persian: ابنيه سفلي, also Romanized as Āb Nīyeh-ye Soflá; also known as Āb Nīyeh and Āvīeh)[1] is a village in Rashtkhvar Rural District, in the Central District of Rashtkhvar County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 282, in 64 families.[2]
