The Abbey Greyhound Stadium is a stadium expected to be built in time for 2016 to become the new home for Swindon's greyhound racing and Elite League team, the Swindon Robins. The plans for the ground were first released on 13 June 2007. The stadium has been quoted to be 'state of the art'[2][3]
Features
The stadium was designed to be ideal for television companies. It will include the latest LED floodlights and numerous camera positions built in. There will be space for local charities and youth groups to use.
