Abdirahman Saylici
Abdirahman Abdallahi Ismail Saylici (Somali: Cabdiraxmaan Cabdilaahi Ismaaciil Saylici) is the Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland,[1] after winning the election of 2010 together with Ahmed M. Mahamoud Silanyo. Both are members of the Peace, Unity, and Development Party.
