Bematistes macaria, the Black-spot Bematistes, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Senegal, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast and Ghana.[2] The habitat consists of wetter forests.

The larvae feed on Adenia species.
