Adam Rhys Davies (born 17 July 1992) is German-born[2] a professional footballer who plays for Barnsley as a goalkeeper having signed for them in the summer of 2014.[3]
Club career
After beginning his career as a youth player at Everton, Davies moved to Sheffield Wednesday in 2012 but did not make a first team appearance for them.
Barnsley
After two years at Sheffield Wednesday, Davies signed for League One side Barnsley on a two-year contract on 13 June 2014. He made his professional debut in the opening game of the season against Crawley Town on 9 August 2014, a game Barnsley lost 1-0.[4]
