Afshar District (Persian: بخش افشار) is a district (bakhsh) in Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 16,304, in 3,545 families.[2] The District has one city: Garmab. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Qeshlaqat-e Afshar Rural District and Shivanat Rural District.
