Akshat Chopra'[1](Hindi: अक्षत चोपड़ा),an Indian film actor,[2] model,[2] dancer[2][3] and an anchor[2] who has over 250 assignments[4] and is a winner of National Child Award[5] for exceptional achievement in Performing Arts, is the frequent face of TVCs, movies, print ads, corporate films etc. We vouch for with sheer attention in our drawing rooms or cineplexes. Winner of over 520 awards[4] for his dance and acting performances at various levels, he is a product of National School of Drama (NSD).[3][4][6]

Career

According to numerous media coverage about the young lad, his foray into films began with Yash Raj Films/Kunal Kohli blockbuster Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic[7][8][9] where he played the lead role of Vashisht.[1] There has been no turning back since then. He is a recipient of National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement in Performing Arts[5] given by Govt. of India, Meri Dilli Award[25] for exemplary work in Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic,[4][8][9] Original Mind award[26][27] given by Dr. Kiran Bedi, Dr. Mashelkar, Dr. Sudha Narayan Murthy, Kishore Kumar Kala Ratan award[28] and Bal Pratibha Samaan. He has also been honoured as a guest at function held at Tihar Jail, Delhi, Chief Guest at Zee TV's Suncity World school and Little Prince and Princess[12] shows organised by Diyadeep NGO,[12] as a Special Guest along with Dr. Kiran Bedi at Walkathon[29] organised by Smile Foundation. He is an ambassador of Swashrit Society[30](working for welfare of underprivileged) and has also been a part of Sahara India Pariwar's Ek Vote Kare Chot campaign. Akshat also has Best Dancer award given by British Council in his kitty.
