Albert Angell
Albert Angell (4 November 1660 – 13 September 1705) was a Norwegian civil servant, landowner and businessman. He was born in Trondheim, a son of merchant and landowner Lorentz Mortensen Angell. He was married to Sara Hammond, and was the father of Thomas Angell. Angell was among the largest timber traders in Trondheim. He was also the owner of large forest and land properties, and had shares in the Røros Copper Works. He served as Mayor of Trondheim from 1697.[1][2]
