The Legislature of Alberta is the legislature of the province of Alberta, Canada. The legislature is made of two elements: the Queen in Right of Alberta, represented by the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta, and the unicameral assembly Legislative Assembly of Alberta. The legislature has existed since Alberta was formed out of part of the Northwest Territories in 1905.

Like the Canadian federal government, Alberta uses a Westminster-style parliamentary government, in which members are sent to the Legislative Assembly after general elections and from there the party with the most seats chooses a Premier of Alberta and Executive Council of Alberta. The premier acts as Alberta's head of government, while the Queen of Canada acts as its head of state.
