Alicia-Monique Blanco (born c. 1987) is a beauty queen from Phoenix, Arizona who was crowned Miss Arizona USA 2009. She was 2nd-runner up in the Miss USA 2009 pageant.[1][2] She has previously been on TV, commending Carrie Prejean for stating her honest beliefs, but said that she disagree with her regarding same sex marriage.
