Alisa Kozhikina
Alisa Alekseyevna Kozhikina (Russian: Алиса Алексеевна Кожикина, born June 22 2003) is a Russian child singer, who won the first season of the The voice kids of Russia. She represented Russia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Malta with her song "Dreamer."[1]
Early Life
Alisa Kozhikina was born on 22 June 2003 in a rural village in the Leningrad region. Alisa herself is no stranger to singing contests, thus having received a variety of awards. She has taken part in various contests, including Rose of the Winds 2010, Constellation of Youth 2011, and New Wave Junior 2012.
Musical Career
2014: Golos Deti & Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2014
In April 2014, Kozhikina won the grand final of The Voice Kids. There, she sang Mariah Carey's song My All. Kozhikina also recorded a Russian version of it, under the title Vsyo.
On 22 September 2014, Alisa Kozhikina was selected to represent Russia at the 12th annual Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta, with her song "Dreamer". The song was composed by Maxim Fadeev, lyrics were written by Kozhikina herself, along with Serebro's Olga Seryabkina. She was be the thirteenth to perform the at the finals. [2] She landed at the fifth place in the contest with 96 points.
