André Brown (12 February 1962), is a British businessman with a history of bringing new technologies to the market, including a key role in the introduction of Adobe Acrobat to the UK. He is the co-founder and CEO of ATTRAQT Group plc, a cloud based visual merchandising platform for online retailers.
Early life
André Brown was born in Zambia of English parents and lived in a number of African countries before his family moved back to the UK in 1967. He was educated at Park Grove School, Birmingham and King Edwards VI Five Ways Grammar School, Birmingham. André holds a BSc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and qualifications in Corporate Finance (London Business School) and Marketing Innovative Technologies (Harvard Business School.)[1]
Career
André has over 30 years’ experience developing innovative technologies. Previous positions include Group Mergers & Acquisitions Director for Nettec plc, Strategic Alliances Director for MAID plc and CEO of the Ecommerce division of Dialog plc as well as the regional sales manager for Adobe UK. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of ATTRAQT Group plc (formally Locayta,)[2] a company that successfully listed on the AIM market in August 2014.[3]

André Brown is the CEO and co-founder of ATTRAQT Group plc,[4] a U.K. based organization that provides search and merchandising services to online businesses through a cloud-based Software As A Service (or SaaS,) visual merchandising platform to multi-channel retailers.[5] André has a history of bringing new technologies to market,[6][7] including taking a key role in the introduction of Adobe Acrobat to the UK as well as providing insight into the current and future status of the e-commerce markets for Susan Aldrich.[8][9]
Personal Life
André is married and has three daughters age 27, 24 and 20. He lives in West London with his wife and two dogs (miniature dachshunds). André enjoys travel, photography and is a keen 5km runner.
