Andrey Konstantinovich Vorontsevich (Russian: Андрей Константинович Воронцевич, born July 17, 1987) is a Russian professional basketball player who plays for CSKA Moscow of the VTB United League. He plays at the power forward position.
Russian national team
Vorontsevich has also been a member of the senior Russian national basketball team and he played at the EuroBasket 2009.
Professional career
Vorontsevich made his professional debut with Lokomotiv Novosibirsk during the 2005–06 season. He moved to CSKA Moscow before the 2006–07 season. In 8 seasons he became one of the most important players of the team, starting in all of 30 Eurolague Games. In season 14\15 he also became VTB United League Defensive Player of the Year.
