Andrius Jurkūnas (born May 21, 1976 in Kaunas, Lithuania) is a Lithuanian former basketball player.[1]
In 2000 Jurkūnas finished his studies at Clemson University, where he also played in the university basketball team, Clemson Tigers, NCAA. He then moved to Žalgiris Kaunas, where he played 1.5 seasons. In 2002, he moved to Polonia Warszawa. After the 2001–2002 season, he signed the contract with ALBA Berlin; however, he was released immediately after the health examination. Then he played for Hapoel Jerusalem B.C., Astoria Bydgoszcz and Elitzur Ashkelon. In 2004 he moved to Austria to play for Dornbirn Lions. From 2005 to 2009 he played for Szolnoki Olaj KK in Hungary.
