Anthony Brindisi is a Democratic New York State Assembly member from Utica, New York. On September 13, 2011 Brindisi, an attorney who served on the Utica School Board was elected during a special election to the New York State Assembly, succeeding long time Assemblywoman RoAnn Destito after she was appointed Commissioner of the New York State Office of General Services .[1]
