Anupama is a 1981 Indian Kannada language romantic drama film directed by Renuka Sharma and written by Vietnam Veedu Sundaram.[1] The film starred Ananth Nag and Madhavi in the lead roles.[2] The film had the successful score and soundtrack composed by Ashwath - Vaidi.

Release
The film was released in 1981 all over Karnataka. The film met with wide positive response and was a musical hit at the box-office.
Soundtrack
All the songs are composed and scored by Ashwath - Vaidi with the lyrics by Doddarangegowda.[3] The songs "Barthaale Kanasina Rani" and "Olume Poojegende" were instant hits and considered as evergreen songs in Kannada cinema.
