Apnenik (pronounced [aˈpneːnik]) is a settlement in the foothills of the Gorjanci range in the Municipality of Šentjernej in southeastern Slovenia. The area was traditionally part of Lower Carniola. It is now included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region.[2]
