The Apostolic Vicariate of Benghazi (Latin: Vicariatus Apostolicus Berenicensis) is a Roman Catholic apostolic Vicariate (missionary pre-diocesan jurisdiction) in Libya.

It is exempt (i.e. directly subject to the Holy See, not part of any ecclesiastical province) and has its cathedral see Benghazi Cathedral in the city of Benghazi.
