Aretha: A Woman Falling Out Of Love is a studio album by Aretha Franklin, her second since leaving Arista Records. The disc features collaborations with Ronald Isley, Karen Clark-Sheard, and her ailing son, Eddie Franklin. Duets with Richard Marx and Faith Hill were also recorded, but ultimately shelved. Although recorded in Detroit during 2006, it took the artist five years to find a distributor for the project.

With little promotion, the disc peaked at #54 on Billboard's album chart and dropped off the chart two weeks later, reportedly selling less than 20,000 copies in the USA to date. The disc's opening track, "How Long I've Waited", peaked at #91 on Billboard's R&B Chart.
