Ashish Sharma is a popular Indian film and television actor. He is well recognized for his roles as Major Rudra Pratap Ranawat in the TV show Rangrasiya and as Lord Ram[1] in the TV show Siya Ke Ram. His TV show Rangrasiya has been dubbed into Turkish as Sensiz Olmaz. [2]

Career

Sharma began his film career with the 2010 Hindi film Love Sex aur Dhokha,[3] and his television career with Imagine TV's series Gunahon Ka Devta, in which he played the role of Avdhesh Singh.[4] Later he played in the historical drama series Chandragupta Maurya as Chandragupta Maurya.[5] He participated in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2014 and later on was declared as winner along with his choreographer Shampa.[6]

Personal life

On 30th January 2013 Sharma married television actress Archana Taide.[7] [8]
