Asingan (Pangasinan: Baley na Asingan; Ilocano: Ili ti Asingan), is a second class municipality in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 56,353 people.[3]

It is the hometown of President Fidel V. Ramos, the 12th President of the Philippines (1992–1998).
