Austroliotia saxa, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Liotiidae.[1]
The database of Seashells of New South Wales considers this species a synonym of Austroliotia scalaris (Hedley, 1903) as the specimen, on which Laseron based its description of this species, was worn and had poorly developed spines and axial lamellae.[2]
Description
The height of the shell attains 8 mm.
Distribution
This marine species occurs off New South Wales, Australia.
