Azerbaijan participated at the 2015 European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan from 12 to 28 June 2015.[2] As host nation, Azerbaijan automatically receives a number in quota places in each sport, regardless of how they fare in the qualification.

Archery

As hosts, Azerbaijan has qualified a maximum of six athletes, on the condition that they enter three athletes per gender at the 2014 European Archery Championships.[3]

Badminton

Azerbaijan is guaranteed to enter two players. However a maximum of one player/pair per event will be allowed. If additional players qualify under the regulations, they may also be entered.[4]

Basketball (3x3)

As host NOC, Azerbaijan will enter one men's and one women's team.[5]

Beach soccer

Azerbaijan is guaranteed participation in beach soccer as hosts.[6]

Boxing

Azerbaijan will enter a maximum of 15 athletes, one in each weight class.[7]

Canoe sprint

Azerbaijan is guaranteed at least three quota places, but can still qualify more athletes at the 2014 European Championships.[8]

Cycling

A total of nine Azerbaijani athletes are guaranteed participation at the games. The country can still qualify more athletes depending on the placings at the UCI Nations Rankings.[9]

Azerbaijan are guaranteed 9 host quota places, divided into different categories.[14]

Swimming

At least six swimmers will compete for Azerbaijan at the games.[10]

Synchronized swimming

As host nation, Azerbaijan is guaranteed ten athletes in synchronized swimming.[10]

Table tennis

As hosts, Azerbaijan is guaranteed the maximum quota of six players, three men and three women.[15]

Taekwondo

As hosts, Azerbaijan will compete with one athlete in each weight category.[16]

Triathlon

Two places for each sex are intended for Azerbaijan.[17]

Azerbaijan will compete with two teams in each beach event, and with one team in each indoor event.[18]
