Bělá (Czech pronunciation: [ˈbjɛlaː]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.06 square kilometres (1.57 sq mi), and has a population of 196 (as at 3 July 2006).
Bělá lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-west of Havlíčkův Brod, 47 km (29 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 70 km (43 mi) south-east of Prague.
