Błażejewo [bwaʐɛˈjɛvɔ] (German: Philipsdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dolsk, within Śrem County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Dolsk, 14 km (9 mi) south-east of Śrem, and 48 km (30 mi) south of the regional capital Poznań.
The village has a population of 160.
