Bałcyny [bau̯ˈt͡sɨnɨ] (German: Balzen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ostróda, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Ostróda and 48 km (30 mi) south-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
The village has a population of 310.
