Bahman Group (Persian: گروه بهمن) is an Iran-based manufacturer of vehicles under license by Mazda. Founded in 1952 by Mr. Amanollah Sarbaz and his son, they have since then manufactured, under license, versions of Mazda's trucks. Today, the company manufactures versions of the Mazda B-Series pickups and the previous generation Mazda 323 and Mazda 3. They also manufacture Isuzu buses and FAW trucks. Currently, the group is headed by Mohammad Reza Soroush.

Mehr-e-Eqtesad Financial Group, Bahman Investment Company, Kharazmi Investment Company, and Ghadir Investment Company are major shareholders of Bahman Group with 27.4%, 4.4%, 3,2%, and 3.2% of the total company's share respectively.[1]

‌Bahman Group Company has been listed listed in Iran 100 top companies based on assessment holds by Industrial Management Institute (IMI) annually for many years.[2]
