Bełsznica [bɛu̯ʂˈnit͡sa] (German: Belschnitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gorzyce, within Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland, close to the Czech border.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Gorzyce, 7 km (4 mi) west of Wodzisław Śląski, and 55 km (34 mi) south-west of the regional capital Katowice.
The village has a population of 1,046.
