Bert Jacobs (March 2, 1941, Zandvoort, North Holland – November 14, 1999) was a football manager from the Netherlands, who played for HFC Haarlem. Born in Zandvoort, he started a career as a football coach as a 27-year-old when he became the head coach of Velox from Utrecht. Jacobs later became the first manager of FC Utrecht.
