Victoria Square is a proposed stop for the planned extension of Line 1 of the Midland Metro into Birmingham City Centre in the United Kingdom. Centro (Network West Midlands) have issued a plan of route showing this as their stop on Pinfold Street. The stop will allow passengers improved access to Victoria Square, the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery and Town Hall. Permission for the line extension was granted on 21 October 2013 and works are due to be completed in 2017.[1]
