Robert W. "Bob" Raugh was the 22nd head football coach for Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and he held that position for two seasons, from 1942 until 1943.[2] His overall coaching record at Washburn was 3 wins, 10 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks him 30th at Washburn in terms of total wins and 33rd at Washburn in terms of winning percentage.[3]
