Bogangar
Location of Bogangar in New South Wales

Bogangar is a suburb of Tweed Heads in New South Wales which includes Cudgen Lake and adjoins the locality of Cabarita Beach on the east.[1]

At the 2011 census, Bogangar had a population of 3099.[2]

Bogangar takes its name from the Bandjalang-Yugambeh dialect chain word `bobingah' meaning a highland.[3]
