Bramalea Limited, formerly Bramalea Consolidated Developments Ltd., was a Canadian real estate developer best known for its development of the town of Bramalea (Canada's first satellite city) which would later become part of Brampton, Ontario.

The company became bankrupt in 1995.[1] At the time of its bankruptcy, it owned shopping mall properties including Unicity Mall in Winnipeg.
