Brighton & Hove Albion Women & Girls Football Club is an English women's football club affiliated with Brighton & Hove Albion F.C.. The club compete in the FA Women's Premier League Southern Division for the 2013–14 season. The First Team currently play at Withdean Stadium, while the Reserve Team plays at Woodside Road, Worthing.

History

Reached the semi-final of the FA Women's Cup in 1975–76.[1] In 1990 they linked up with the men's club. Founder members of the Premier League in 1991–92, in Division 1 South.

In 2015 the manager has set a five-year plan to reach the FA WSL 1 and Champions League qualification.[2] That season they missed promotion to the FA WSL 2 though by finishing runners-up to Portsmouth.
