Brodek u Prostějova is a market town (městys) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 6.11 square kilometres (2.36 sq mi), and has a population of 1,492 (as at 31 December 2007).
Brodek u Prostějova lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Prostějov, 28 km (17 mi) south-west of Olomouc, and 208 km (129 mi) south-east of Prague.
