Dětkovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.32 square kilometres (2.05 sq mi), and has a population of 488 (as at 28 August 2006).
Dětkovice lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of Prostějov, 24 km (15 mi) south-west of Olomouc, and 206 km (128 mi) east of Prague.
