Bulqan (also, Bulgan and Bulghan) is a village and municipality in the Babek Rayon of Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,127. A 12th to 17th century necropolis, now mostly submerged, is registered with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.[1]
