Nehrəm (also, Negram) is a village and the most populous municipality in the Babek Rayon of Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan. It has a population of 13,900 people. Until recently, it was Azerbaijan's most populous rural community until surpassed by Ərkivan.[1]
