Burdell is an unincorporated community in Marin County, California.[1] It is located on the Northwestern Pacific Railroad 3.5 miles (5.6 km) north of downtown Novato,[2] at an elevation of 3 feet (1 m).[1]
The name honors the Burdell family, who owned the Rancho Olompali land grant.[2]
