Cəlilkənd (also, Bash Norashen, Bash Nurashen, and Dzhalilkend) is a village and municipality in the Sharur District of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,662. Under Russian rule, from 1870 through 1917, it was the administrative center of Sharur-Daralagozsky Uyezd.
